Terms of use
What you can expect from this website, and what we ask of you.
Last updated September 22, 2026
These terms cover deeplit.ai, the website you are reading. They are not the terms of a deployment. deeplit® Private and deeplit® Cloud are governed by the agreement you sign with us, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
1. Using this site
Read it, quote it, send it to a colleague. What we ask is that you do not try to break it, overload it, or harvest from it at a rate a person could not read at.
2. What is ours
The text, the design, the drawings, and the deeplit® name and mark belong to us. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is welcome and needs no permission. Republishing a page as your own is not.
3. What the content is, and is not
The pages describe what the platform does and what it costs. They are general information, not legal, compliance, or engineering advice for your situation, and reading them creates no contract and no advisory relationship.
Where we write that the platform is designed to support GDPR and the EU AI Act, that is what it says: designed to support. It is not a certification, and your own obligations stay yours.
4. Prices on this site
The rates on the pricing page are indicative and move with the market. What you pay is what your order or your agreement says, and the console is the source for a current rate.
5. Availability
We keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it is always reachable or always current, and we may change or retire a page. Links out of the site lead to places we do not control and do not vouch for.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from using this website or from relying on what it says. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for intent or gross negligence.
7. Which law applies
Dutch law applies to these terms and to any dispute about them, and the competent court in the Netherlands decides, unless a rule of law gives you the right to your own court.
8. Changes to these terms
When they change, this page changes and the date at the top says when. Using the site after that means the current version applies.
Questions about these terms
Write to us. If a line here is unclear, that is our problem to fix, not yours to interpret.
